export to Adobe After Effects

Exports X-Sequence as a file, which can be opened in Adobe Premiere (6.x) or Adobe After Effects. It saves place on disk because generated file refers to already existing files.
Clip and layer duration is exact the same as in X-Sequencer.
Settings allows to work on native resolution of the grabbed images (square pixels e.g. 2k, 4k) or exported file opens DV-playback-ready project/composition with resized images.

If you need move sequence to the other computer or use another edit application (Avid, Final Cut) you can export X-Sequence as regular image sequence using 'Export X-Sequence as Frames Sequence' operation.

Playback mode – sets mode for Adobe Premiere project:

- Non DV (square pixels) – exported project has the same size as grabbed frames in the sequence and square pixels aspect ratio

- DV PAL – exported project has size equal to 720x576 and DV aspect ratio (images are resized proportionally if have other size, but only in Adobe Premiere or After Effects)

- DV NTSC – exported project has size equal to 720x480 and DV aspect ratio (images are resized proportionally if have other size, but only in Adobe Premiere or After Effects)

Time Base – if ‘Non DV (square pixels)’ is selected following values are available: 24, 25, 29.97 and 30. For ‘DV PAL’ – 25, for ‘DV NTSC’ – 29.97 only.

16:9 aspect – checkbox – checked sets aspect to 16:9 for DV. Not available (grayed) for ‘Non DV (square pixels)’

Sequence FPS – information only – displays current frame per second base for the sequence

HDRI Layer - available if the sequence consists of the multi-exposure images; you can determine that all layers or just selected will be exported.

Export – opens ‘Save As’ dialog to determine name of the file, exports X-Sequence using existing settings and hides export window

Cancel – hides export window
